The Big Step is a thoughtfully designed student programme, delivered by highly trained teachers. It takes place for one week over the course of the summer holiday in your child's new secondary school.
Our programme means that students can arrive on their first day of secondary school feeling excited about the next chapter of their education, rather than feeling apprehensive about the journey ahead.
We inspire our students to learn with a programme that is centred around curiosity, whilst still being both highly educational and fun.

The programme is bespoke for every school. We identify the needs of each individual student and ensure that progress made in primary school is not affected during their transition.
